Embed slideshow and YouTube video in myYearbook

MyYearbook is a free Internet social network service similar to other social networking sites. The site's user base is over 90% American, with 75% of its new memberships from the United States and 25% from other countries. MyYearbook has 7.8 million members, 150 million page views, and 5 million unique visitors. According to Nielsen NetRatings, myYearbook was one of the top ranked destination sites for teens ages 12 to 17 in September 2006.

Before you embed the slideshow as myYearbook profile, you need to upload the slideshow to go2ablum. You need to sign up an account of go2ablum at first, it’s free. When you publish the slideshow, please select Create flash files and upload to go2ablum. After you uploaded the slideshow successfully, you will be led to the slideshow page automatically. In the opened page, copy the the embed code of the slideshow.

If you want to embed a YouTube video, just do it in the same way.

Step 1. Login myYearbook website and sign in, go to your profile page. In Videos section, click Add Video and you can find Embed box.

Step 2. Paste the copied embed code of YouTube video and click Submit button. And the Youtube video has been embedded successfully. You can also simply paste the url of the YouTube video.

Step 3 - Go back to profile page, and you can find Whatever I want section.

Step 4. Click Edit or Click here to add something. Then paste the copied embed code of the Slideshow and click Save button. You can also paste embed code of YouTube video here. And now, you can find both the YouTube video and Slideshow have been embedded successfully.
